9. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lynk AI Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination
